The price here was better than Amazon or elsewhere. The order processing was quick and I assume the delivery will be on the date for which it is scheduled.

Never will I order again
I ordered 3 drugstore items 8 days ago. I received a shipping notice the next day. The items haven’t moved from label created. I emailed customer service on day 5. They said since it was shipped I can not be given a refund. Despite that it’s lost and I never received the products. The didn’t offer to ship again overnight. All they said was that they’d look into it and get back. That was 3 days ago. I will NEVER order from this site again. The customer service doesn’t exist and your money is gone if the USPS doesn’t deliver your order.

Shipping charges should be adjusted
I ordered two different items on two different days. They arrived together which isn’t the problem. If they are shipped together which they were I should not be charged for shipping on two different items when they came together.
