Looked everywhere for my favorite…
Looked everywhere for my favorite mascara and finally found it on your site. Easy to navigate. Easy to order and at a really great price. May order came quickly and was so carefully packaged and wrapped, a detail that was not lost on me. Thank you for a perfect transaction. I’ll be back!

Way too much pacakaging!
I ordered 2 concealer tubes--about the same size as a tube of mascara--and they arrived in a box about the size of my purse! There were also 4 sheets of bubble paper inside the box. These 2 ALREADY PACKAGED tubes could have been sent in a 5x8" paper envelope. I don't know if I can buy from eCosmetics again because I don't want to be the cause of so much paper consumption and plastic pollution. This company is located in Florida, where 1100 manatees died last year of plastic pollution!! Does anyone care? I DO!

We did send your order in the smallest box we currently use, however, this does not mean we will not use a smaller box in the future. We choose to use a box for all orders as we carry many delicate items, that if shipped in a small bag would not arrive in the desired condition. I was having a hard time finding the…
