They responded immediately
I had some problems reaching customer service and printing out my return label but they responded almost immediately in an email with a label for me to print out and I thought that was really good customer service so I gave them five stars!!!

If a representative is not available to immediately answer your call, a voicemail can be left and a callback will be made as soon as possible. Our Customer Care Representatives are also always available via email or chat Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. EST, and from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. EST on Saturday and Sunday. Unfortunately, if an order is not placed under an account, then a return label is not accessible through our site. While making a purchase I was very impressed it's nowadays when people buy things online one of the biggest battles is waiting but was shipped out fast and I was very impressed with that

Travel size Green Tea…
I needed the travel size Green Tea cologne for a trip I was taking and it arrived in time. I was so happy. It was wonderful. The actual cologne was in a different spray than was pictured but it was still fine.
