Great customer service
It's always a good experience as far as customer service (like today I didn't put my address correctly) I was able to get hold of customer service as soon as I realized what I had done. The service rep couldn't have been more helpful and professional. Any orders I have placed in the past have always been delivered in a timely manner.

Love Ecosmetics!!
I called my hair salon and they told me where to find my product which I left in Oregon on purpose as I’m spending the winter in Maui. Could not be without my shimmer shimmer blond! I ordered it and it came pronto!

This is not the same product I thought…
This is not the same product I thought I was ordering. This is a knock off. If you put the boxes side by side its clear.
