I was promised a coupon
I was promised a coupon, which I did not receive until way after I placed the order. When I attempted to cancel the order and re-submit using the coupon, I looked at how to cancel and the website said I could not cancel. HAHAHA BAIT AND SWITCH. Fool me once but not twice.

I used your Company because of your discount on the product I needed.
I used your Company because your discount made up for the shipping and handling. And, Since the Erno Laszlo products have gone up in price and down in amount over the years I need to save what I can on buying the product. The is the first time I have used your CO and I am well satisfied except the other companies I have used allow me to buy the soap by calling them and giving the order and my card # for the total amount. The person who answered the phone was pleasant, and the product arrived in a short period of time which made me happy as I was in need of it. I am glad you carry the Erno Laszlo product of Phelityl Cleansing Bar for the face and neck as it is a great product used by me for years, and I am often complimented on my facial and neck skin. Since all are overloaded by emails I do wish you would wait until you think the product has arrived before requesting an review.

Excellent Experience
The website was user friendly and it offered many of my favorite items. The one item I wanted was on sale and I received free shipping as well. I received my product in a timely manner. Overall an excellent experience.
