Ecosmetics has great customer service. Their pricing is always the best on the internet, and they have frequent sales that almost always include products that I use. Shipping is fast!! This particular time I bought the Perricone MD Acne Relief Gentle & Soothing Cleanser. I've been using this product for over 3 years now. I've had acne my whole life. I'm almost 42 and still struggle with it. This is the only cleanser I've ever found that continues to work on my acne. They always work for a while and inevitably stop helping, but this one is special. I dont know how, but the makers of Perricone really have a top-notch product here that my oily skin responds to. It keeps the blemishes to a minimum, and has reduced the large painful (cystic) bumps by a significant amount.

I love eCosmetics because they have great variety of products, including something hard to find on other platforms. And I can always get products at fair price. But one problem is that website is hard to use sometimes. For example, I always have login issues when I use my laptop, which never happens when I use cell phone browser. The password I entered were exactly the same, but laptop browser kept telling me error:too many failed attempts. I tried to change my password, but error happened again next time. Hope this error can be fixed.

Placing the order was so easy. I received my order in a very timely manner, even though it was the Holiday Season. I am extremely satisfied with the entire experience. Thank you!
