This was my first time ordering from…
This was my first time ordering from ecosmetics and I’m unsure that I will be using them again. I had to cancel two orders because they had no answer for me as to when they would ship after waiting for a status update for a week. Once the order was canceled I’m still waiting for my refund, it’s been 7 business days. Although they have great promos and deals their service and shipping is awful.
