Defective product
I received defective product. The printing of the brand name is blurred and ghosting. Also the smell and the texture is different from what I have tried on a product in the mall. Also, they have a pretty bad customer service as they don't care if I feel good about the product or not. They even didn't ask for a picture of the problem I said. All they care is if I have the full original package so I can return it and so they can resell it. Update: also, they didn’t contact with me for any further solution or feedback.

Excellent overall experience
The order was delivered within the stated time frame, and was packaged well. I ordered a fragrance which is difficult to find, and I love the product. It’s legitimate, which is not always the case with online fragrances. I am very comfortable ordering from ecosmetics.
