Product Mix-Up Issue Had to Be Resolved
Shipping was fast, but I did not end up receiving the product I ordered, but rather a lower-tier product within the same brand. Feels like a bit of a bait and switch. I've contacted Customer Service to see how this can be remedied. ETA: The company has since reached out to me to confirm that there was a product listing error on their website and try to remedy the situation. I am satisfied with their response for now, so I have increased my rating from 1 star to 3 stars to account for their prompt resolution to fix this situation.

Trip to candyland.
The young lady who assisted me was friendly, helpful and eager to assist. I wished their skincare line exceeded two brands. It was however stock with ample hair products, neat and clean! Ty!🌻🌻
