Thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration caused by this delay. While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, unforeseen shipping carrier delays can occasionally occur. Your order is currently expected to arrive by December 28th, though we remain hopeful it may arrive sooner. To address the delay, we’ve refunded the expedited shipping fee, which should reflect in your account within a few business days. We truly regret this experience and appreciate your understanding during the busy holiday season.
