They are really bad about giving you…

They are really bad about giving you credit for an item that was never received. It was send they DHL then handed over to USPS and all it said was that it was delivered to a locker. I have no locker. I had ordered once before from them and the delivery stated the exact address it was delivered to. I reported it to my c/c company and they issued me a refund stating that case was closed after two weeks of not hearing from e-cosmetics. (August 21)All of a sudden e-cosmetics reached out to the c/c company to contest it with only a few days left before case can be reversed and have them charge me. It was September 11th. Once I got the notice from the c/c company about the case being closed in September it was too late to re-open the case. They said I had said I was “unsatisfied”with product. BS. I never received it and when I had ordered the exact same product a month before I was very satisfied. Needless to say I closed the c/c account I charged it on for the manipulation and misleading of information and not having the decency or back bone to stand their ground and contact me to confirm the excuse and will never ever shop with e cosmetics again. Consumer beware. Why did you wait to contest it till after the c/c company decided to close that case and have it work in my favor? Not till then did e cosmetics act on it reach the c/c company and tell them I had said I was unsatisfied with the product. All lies. I never got the product and last time it was delivered the email from cosmetics stated exactly what address it was delivered to. Maybe try taking pictures of the actual delivery from now on or require a signature instead of being lazy about it and then just assuming it’s the consumers fault when for all you know USPS didn’t deliver it or delivered it to the wrong address. Once again I have no locker. I have a mailbox and a concierge desk that also takes deliveries. Neither option was used for this delivery.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for any frustration or inconvenience you experienced. Our records show that your order was delivered by USPS on August 3. USPS does not provide an address with the delivery scan; however, the carrier does keep track of the GPS location of the scan. Unfortunately, we were not contacted regarding a missing package or any other issue with the order prior to the dispute being filed with your card company. Once a payment dispute has been initiated, the matter is handled by our Financial Department through the card company’s dispute process. We understand this may be disappointing and apologize for any inconvenience. We always encourage customers to contact us directly with any delivery or product concerns, so our Customer Care team has the opportunity to investigate and assist with a resolution. We have been in contact with you directly regarding your concerns and provided these details. If you have any additional questions, our Customer Care team is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. EST and Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. EST.
