For an ecommerce online retailer
For an ecommerce online retailer, their fulfillment process is really slow. They took 18days to get the product to the DHL facility, and now that the USPS has it and I will be lucky if I receive it in 22 days. This company won't exist in year with this horribly inefficient system. I should have just bought it on Amazon for $3 more and got it delivered the same day. Lesson Learned Revised my review to 3 stars - I still have not received the order but we are supposed to later today. The company responded and apologized, and offered a coupon for a future purchase which is good. I guess if you need something in under a week they may not be the right choice, but could be an option if you can wait a 2-3 weeks.

Quality of products off
All 3 of the products were not good quality (like they were old) or not described correctly. Not a lot of pics of products, too. I rather go to cameraready.com or Ulta
