You will regret it! Worst company ever and a total scam! You have to sign a year contract and they guarantee to get rid of your pests. However, there service and product are both worthless. It doesn't work at all. I have lived in my home four years and never had any pests in my home at all. The only reason I hired them was because they guaranteed they could get rid of the ants and the wasps outside. They came out 4 times over the spring and summer and never, ever did they resolve the problem. The ants were as problematic as always as were the wasps. The last time they came out, I even pointed out where the wasp's nest were located and they said they would take care of them. They did not! They didn't kill them and they didn't take down the nests. All they did was hang a wasp trap on my fence that caught a total of four wasps. I have tried to cancel with them for 3 months now and they will not do it unless I pay a $150 cancellation fee. What's even worse than their service is their customer support. It took me 2 months to get a supervisor to call me back and that supervisor barely speaks English and will only threaten collections if you don't pay the cancellation fee. Well, contracts work both ways...I pay money for a service that meets what it guarantees. I should not have to pay for a service that is worthless and I should not have to pay a cancellation fee either. If anything, they should refund all my money for their worthless product and service. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS WORTHLESS COMPANY!

Complete total scam. Buyer beware. This company has fraudulent sales tactics. Whatever you do do not trust what they tell you. Their rep lied, telling us service could be either postponed or canceled during the winter months. They will not honor that and tell you that there is a ridiculous fee to cancel. They won't let you speak to management. They are rude and only out to scam money. Their services are uneffective and useless. Do not trust this company.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I should have done more research before signing a “contract” with them. They clearly only make money through cancellation fees. Do not use them. Period. They were horrible and never followed up on even basic requests. Terrible

PLEASE STAY AWAY AND DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they are a complete scam. They lock you into an illegal contract and won't let you cancel as they state they provide a discount that was $50 more than my previous company. I called and asked for a touch up when I noticed a bunch of wasps, mud jackets and hornets. They refused to come out for the touch up stating my next visit was scheduled shortly. It's not 2 months later and they still haven't come for the scheduled service. I called to cancel and they want to charge me a penalty to cancel an illegal contract. Run fast and far from this scam company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...COMPLETE SCAM. They first lock you in to a "discounted rate" which keeps recurring until you cancel only when you try to cancel they then tell you, you have to pay them an additional $150 to cancel your account and when you do they don't send you a confirmation email then you have to repeat the process and they tell you that you have to pay More money to cancel. Don't ever pay these guys they are absolute crooks!

We moved to Arizona and they were at my door within literally 5 minutes. I was presented a fast talking story that included an annual contract (which blew right by me, didnt catch it). Noticing the house had crawlers and flying bugs needing some help so I signed on. It was indeed expensive and I regretted it shortly after I signed up. They would show up, hang out in the front drive way for 20 minutes then drive away. Before they could even say they did anything I called them and complained loudly. Oh we have to extend you for another month. We can reduce your payment for a limited time... After frustration and told them after my contract is up I will not renew. Then they auto renewed me after saying they dont do that. Then when all was so called done. I got a email bill for $60. Then a credit collector bill for $180. I will not call them again. You may consider looking elsewhere unless you like issues, even more local to you. There are better services out there, Im sure of it. I went with Bestie and will do it myself from now on.

If I could give a negative review I would. This company get you to sign their contract which locks you in for one to two years. You have a contract fee even if you are unhappy with their service. Some of the technicians are rude and they are done with the treatment in 15 min. Or less most of the time. I was so unhappy with this company. They charge a lot of money to do what you can do yourself. I had to pay to end this contract if felt like I was being punished. Do not use this company if feels like a scam. This company said I can end the contract if I’m not happy. When I tried to end it they called and emailed me for the cancellation fee. This is a way of them getting money from you even though you cancelled. Make sure you have cameras around your house so that you can see for yourself that they do not do what you are paying them to do. I’m so upset about this and the money I’ve lost.

They had came to our house to sell their services, I declined the service since I already had a contract with another company. They spoke poorly of the other company which did not sit well with me. They left and came back while I was gone and spoke to my husband who has dementia. He unknowingly signed a contract, and when I get an invoice it does not even have our correct address. It was for $168.00!!! It also stated they had emailed us, which my husband does not even know our email.I called them and explained my husband has dementia to please cancel the services. They then informed me that they did a second spraying, but only the front yard and want another $168.00 on top of the first bill. Now they are refusing to cancel the contract, even though they know he is not medically able to sign contracts and informed me we would have to pay a cancellation fee. They also stated they emailed the contract, but the email they have is not ours. so now someone else may have our information.They prey on the vulnerable and are unethical. I would have paid the original $168.00, but as they kept adding fees I realized how crooked they were.
