These people are crooks. They came to me while I was working in the yard and said they could do inexpensive insect treatments for our house, inside and out. It was $175 for a year. Theu charged me $185.50 on Aug 4th, then came back and charged me another $185.50 the next month on September 8th. So much for what they told me. Never did any applications inside our house. Never gave me anything in writing, just a guy with an Ipad. They never told me they planned to charge me $185 every month. I paid them for two months within 34 days and told them to cancel my service. Now they want to charge me hundreds of dollars more just to cancel their rip-off "service." I don't think so. Ecoshield is a rip off company. They will quote any terms to get you to sign up with them and then charge you a big monthly fee and charge you hundreds more when you cancel their "service." These people are crooks. If they solicit you at your home, run the other way.

They never show up when they schedule, they also tell you when they will show up and not ask if it works for you. They don't really do anything. Just walk around pretending they are spraying, though they do get the spiderwebs with a brush. When you try to cancel they just try and take more of your money. Stay away, they are not a legit company.

They lied to me. They said I had six month trial to cancel the service if I did not enjoy it. I called and tried to setup cancelling my account and they said they had no record of my "trial" . Meaning I was locked into a 1 year contract. I tried to fight it but they just keep trying to sell there joke of a service. No respect for this company.

The very first technician sent to my property claims to have fallen, now he's suing me.

If these people come to your door--- slam it shut! Eco Shield came to my door as a small business. I was told I can cancel any time and that they would work with me. They may be a small business but that is all. I think they came once. They charged me $150.00 for less than ten minutes of walking around the front of my house. I canceled the service after that but still had to pay another $150.00. I am retired, on a fixed income and try to help small businesses whenever I can. This company changed all of that for me. DO NOT TRUST THEM! Poor service, poor customer support. I feel like I was scammed with their lies.

product didn't work. they came back three times and we still had ants & crickets. we canceled service and Eco Shield threatened to turn us over for collection. Crap company.

I am so frustrated by this company. I was excited to get behind a local veteran-owned company. I have given multiple chances but the continuing of promises not met, and services not completed I can not continue with this company. They broke the contract by not completing work as stated, I gave them another chance as they pleaded with me to try again and one month later we were back with those issues. I am being charged $150 to cancel, even though they do not follow through on services. The amount of time I have spent on the phone trying to get the correct service or trying to cancel is not ok. I am disappointed in this local company and disappointed that they would still charge a cancelation fee in this way. I do not recommend this company for pest control services.

Rep came out and told me he was one of the owners and the service and charges would be quarterly. He stated when they first come out, they will remove webs and anything near the ceiling and that they would be back in 45 days to kill the eggs and this is free. Everything he said was a lie up to including he was one of the owners. Funny, but this is a brand new home and never lived in as of yet and when I came back to the house, there were spiders. I have never had them before. On top of this they charged me monthly until I cancelled, not quarterly like the contract stated.
