Initial contact with their “call center” was a high pressure sale for yearly contract. But made it clear I only wanted “1 treatment “. Appointment setup…but communication of time and date very poor. Initial treatment by first technician for yellow jackets was poor at best…spent 20 minutes barely treating area. Told me “give it 3 - 5 days”. No difference with bee activity over 6 DAYS. Called for “touch up”. Told them I needed a “more aggressive treatment”. Next appointment Rich Formanski showed up and HE WAS AWESOME! He first shot the insecticide dust into ALL entry areas…not just the one. Then He went the extra mile! He suited up to get right in and shot more dust into the eaves and ALL POSSIBLE ENTRY points I showed him where the nest potentially was and we started seeing bees come out covered in dust…aka “sugar cookies”. The bees were GONE by afternoon!! NO ACTIVITY! And not back since. Thank God for Rich Formanski! He knows what he’s doing! Otherwise I’d be calling the BBB.

Management/office staff are the WORSE; Do NOT return phone calls promptly, IF at all!! Actual Worker Employees Will, Dylan, J-Von and Arjay are Excellent, Customer Service oriented and are 180 from office employees. Rating is composed of -1- star for management staff and -5- Stars for these employees: thus the -3-. To be honest, if we had checked Reviews prior to having Eco do the job, we would NOT have used them: an almost --90%-- Negative rating!! WOW (edited 4/27/25 to more clearly state the difference between the REAL Workers and the management/office staff!!)

OK. IM BACK to update this review. The new GM ENDED UP GETTING BACK TO ME AND FIXED IT! He’s so only temporary but as long as Brandon is the leader of this location, I believe he will turn it around. It doesn’t change the experience noted below but won me over such that I would give him a second try. Original post: this company shows a 5 star google review which must be photo shopped. On yelp, its' 2 stars, on the better business bureau, at least for MN, it's 2 stars. the sales department answers but the service is in the phillipines with no ability to help solve problems. They created a massively over billed policy for my elderly mothers, did shoddy work, and now won't pick up the phone.
