Eco Shield Pest ControlReviews of ecoshieldpest.com

This company is a rip off. Don't believe the hype. They are hustling homeowners out there money and not completing the services. They will reschedule often then show up and half ass the job. The worst company to work with for pest.

I had multiple issues with EcoShield Pest Solutions failing to complete scheduled services. On May 19, they arrived outside the scheduled appointment window and treated only the exterior of my home. Because I was no longer home, the interior treatment was not completed. I contacted the company several times to reschedule, rearranging my schedule to be home for each appointment. On multiple occasions, they either failed to show up or sent sales representatives attempting to sell additional services instead of technicians to complete the treatment. After repeated unsuccessful attempts to have the service completed, I canceled and requested a refund. EcoShield agreed to refund me but never processed it. I ultimately had to dispute the charge with my credit card company to recover my money. Despite the cancellation and successful credit card dispute, EcoShield continues to call and email demanding $129 for services that were not fully completed. I have spent numerous hours contacting customer service without reaching a resolution. My experience has been one of repeated scheduling failures, incomplete service, and unresolved billing issues. I would not recommend EcoShield Pest Solutions based on my experience.

No Stars and I wish I would have seen these reviews before, they did service price mod because my house doesn't reach the 1000 square feet, and I also ask to mod the contract and he said yes it will be done, after all that no mod was done with 5he contract 5hat should be canceled as per the sales rep that sold it to me, I thought he was going to honor the differences stated and be true to what was, now they keep bothering with calls saying I have a contract, don't do business with them, once you see that sheild close the door.

I was never told that I was signing a 2-year contract I just wanted to try and see if it worked and now they're charging me $300 cancellation fee such a shame never ever again will I deal with these people and never ever recommend anybody

Unprofessional Customer Service — Beware of EcoShield. Extremely unprofessional and hostile customer service from Melissa at EcoShield's NJ office. I requested an interim pest treatment on October 14—a service included in my contract, openly advertised by EcoShield, and previously provided without issue. Melissa refused to authorize treatment unless I supplied a photo of the insects, which I had already disposed of. When I questioned this new requirement, she became argumentative, declared the conversation "unproductive," and abruptly hung up on me. I called the main office, which confirmed the service was covered and promised to follow up. They never did. This is my second negative review of EcoShield due to unacceptable customer service. Melissa's dismissive and confrontational behavior was particularly troubling. I am canceling my contract and strongly caution others against signing up with this company.

Please stop parking your little white pickup truck in front of our driveway. We need to exit safely to get to work and your obstruction of our driveway WILL NOT encourage a sale.

The initial service or two was good. After that, I had to call them back a minimum of 3 times because their treatment was not effective and I had spiders everywhere. The last tech was spraying something like he was using a water hose. I signed on but was not aware of the 2 year contract and cancellation fee. I would not recommend this company

Stay away. Not worth it. Scam. Better off buying glue traps and bug spray. I signed up for 1 time service now being told I'm in contact. OK cancel it, now they want $270 cancelation fee. Avoid the hassle stay away for these people rid off.
