Horrible Service – No Accountability, No Integrity I hired this company for a rodent exclusion service in Jan 2024 and was assured all entry points were sealed. Less than a year later, rodents were back—and during the new inspection in March 2025, they found an entry point the original inspector missed. When I asked for it to be covered under warranty, they flatly refused, despite it clearly being their oversight. After I challenged their response, they completely ghosted me—no calls, no proposal, no communication. I followed up multiple times, only to be ignored. And instead of resolving the issue or even having a professional conversation, they abruptly messaged me saying they were closing my account because I was being “condescending.” Really? That’s how they handle legitimate complaints? This company refuses to take responsibility for their mistakes and treats loyal customers with shocking disregard. I’ve had to chase them down just to be heard—and in the end, they just blame the customer and walk away. If you want a company that values accountability, professionalism, and basic customer service, look elsewhere. These people just take your money, do a sloppy job, and vanish when things go wrong. Avoid at all costs.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They are scammers!!!! Said we were infested with mice, gave me a cost of $15,000. Second opinion….. found no mice whatsoever. Contacted the BBB

A Ecoshield Pest Control truck side swiped me in Washington state and left the scene. I filed a report with the local police and when I called customer service they assured me they would have a supervisor contact me. That never happened and I have a scratch on my car. I would never do business with a company that wouldn’t handle a matter like this.

They hide the fact that you’re signing up for a blood contract for a years worth of services. You can’t cancel even if you try. Very sneaky and deceptive. Run from these guys, it’s a total racket.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. It even hurts to give it one star!! My husband signed us up for a 2 year contact after someone came to our door selling their services and telling us how great they were. My husband told him that we had a big hornet’s nest in our eaves and showed him where it was, and asked if he would take care of it. The guy said no problem, they’ll get it when they come on their first visit. After 6 months I noticed that we were having a spider and hornet problem and I told my husband that we needed to get someone to come out and take care of them. He said that we should have been having someone come for the last 6 months and that he signed us up for Ecoshield, who said that they would take the hornets nest down 6 months ago. I told him that I had never seen a soul in our yard and that the nest was still up there. He said we had been getting charges from them so I called Ecoshield and told them what horrible service they have and told them to cancel our contract. But guess what? Even though they don’t live up to their end of the contract, they make you keep yours. No matter what! They said we could pay them the balance we owed them for the 2 year contract but if not we couldn’t do anything about it. I complained and even asked to talk to managers, etc. but they wouldn’t budge. They even said that they would send it to a collections agency if we didn’t keep paying them. They DID however say that they would send someone out to take care of the hornets nest and spray for spiders, which was REALLY big of them. When the guy came, he spent exactly 5 minutes on my property and then drove away. I went outside to see what he had done, and only half of the hornets nest was gone, and he didn’t touch anything else (I check our security cameras). Nothing was done for the spider problem, so I called AGAIN and complained and even sent them the footage from the cameras. They had to send someone out again to take care of the spiders and get the rest of the hornets nest down AS I WATCHED THE WHOLE TIME TO SUPERVISE AND MAKE SURE THEY ACTUALLY DID SOMETHING THIS TIME. Wow, if a company can’t do what they say they’re going to do, then why am I paying them good money? To summarize a very long story……don’t listen to the sweet talkers as they come to your door to sell you a contract to take care of your pest problem. Because you will lose A LOT of money, but gain a lot of bugs in the process. Take your business elsewhere!

Good luck trying to cancel your contract, even if you fulfill your obligation you will be stuck in a timeless phone loop with (nice) reps in the Philippines who have no authority to cancel your contract. The Solution Team is impossible to get to, with calls literally just ringing and ringing, emails and texts that come through to say call them to discuss the issue, where you are again stuck in the phone loop of death. Even a personal visit to a local office I was met with (nice) folks who have no authority to cancel contracts. What??? Do not waste your time, it is quite clear this company doesn't care about its customers. Stay clear!

Not worth the money. Had to deal with their billing department even though I paid for a full year in advance. Make sure you are not over charged.What a mistake. They come and go so fast I dont see how they adequately do the job. HIgh pressure sales and horrible. Think twice.

We gave this company a chance and right away they failed, they did not provide the initial service offered and charged for. Imaging the first impression being bad we had cameras and saw that they did not do what they said they would do, they sent someone else to complete the initial service. We spoke with the salesman and gave them another chance, a couple of months have gone by allowing them to provide service, they seem to forget that we have cameras and each time we reviewed our footage it showed a lackluster service. We cancelled our service with them and they actually charged us for cancelling. It is better to use a more established company more reputable than this one. It was a learning experience.
