Worst customer experience ever. I have been a customer for 3 years and called one other time. I called for the second time, and they told me someone would call me back and set up an appointment. NO ONE called me. I waited two weeks before i finally called back and they just said the same thing and hung up on me. This is a terrible company.

Update to my first review. I thought this company would take care of my post control services, but they actually made it worse. I've seen more bugs in my house and yard than I have the past year. These guys are trying to tell me that stirring up the pests is normal, but every other company I've used has killed the pests after the first spray, so I'm not buying it. It's almost like these guys are trying to attract pests with the first spray so you'll want to keep using them.

I don’t buy from companies who sell door to door. No means no. Stay out of The Woodlands!!

I have been trying to call for the last 2 weeks and the call keeps transferring to an offshore location where they then need to call the local office and they never answer the phone. I have placed 4 calls within 2 week allowing for the 48 hours to expire and I have not been getting calls back from the local office to reservice me. My house is loaded with carpenter bees

The representative Alexis who called me, did not even listen to what I was trying to say and abruptly hung up the phone on me. This behavior is completely unacceptable.STAY AWAY from THAT COMPANY !

Avoid EcoShield at all costs I had a garage sale and a guy came by in a EcoShield uniform and Indicated he was interested in a golf putter I had for sale. He left and came back with his sales pitch. He was a nice enough guy, and convinced me to sign up after I objected to a two year contract and the $250 cancellation fee. They rushed and came out to do the first service while still having my garage sale and I tried to put off till after the garage sale was over then they pushed me to have it done. My wife objected to the type of application, which formally caused a trip to the animal emergency room to the tune of $350. I also checked ratings and they had maybe two stars. Also class action law suits and 1.4 BBB rating. Sorry to bore you, but I decided to call the number on the emailed contract to cancel in my three day cancelation period. After a lengthy hold a person came on and recorded my request to cancel, but claimed I had to send me to another person to complete my cancellation. That call went on hold indefinitely telling what great service they offered and all the benefits they had. They told me how important I was and a representative would be with me soon, as they were taking care of others. Once again no one ever answered the call. I called back three times and the same thing happened every time. I don’t think they ever intended the answer the call. I was on hold for more than an hour total hold time. I just got off a returned phone call and the person apologized repeatably and continued to repeat my complaint over and over and over. I had to yell at her numerous times to cancel and quit apologizing. It was the worst business dealing in my 70 years of living. If you choose to deal with them, GOOD LUCK!

Service is terrible, we had a problem with mites roaches, still have it. Absolutely total miscommunication, get transferred to India or Philippines, can understand what they are talking about, on hold for hours, then they hang up. Never had such a terrible miscommunication, strongly don’t recommend. Better live with roaches.

A sales person came to my door to try to sell me on their service. She walked past 2 No Soliciting signs to get to my door.
