Customer service was exceptional during purchase process. EchoPark needs to do a better vehicle inspection prior to putting on lot for sale. My Dodge Ram 1500 immediately had brake issues within days of purchase and forced me to incur the expense due to me traveling out of state. I was disappointed the oil had not been changed as well.

I used the free car wash and it tore the antenna off my truck. This will cost me to get fixed, and the car wash is really a poor one, the technology is outdated for sure. Get a new system!! Thanks, PS: I still love the car!!

I would never trust this car dealership because they wouldn't honor my warranty for a repair when it was documented and I got there to have it fixed the odometer was over by 11 miles and they refused to honor the warranty even though the problem was already diagnosed. As a result I was screwed out of 550$
