Scam, Switch and Bait… a Airfare listing I had watched for weeks, I finally booked the flight only to get the message like so many have gotten of transaction failure or unable to charge Your card, So I called back got transferred twice to the most incompetent CSR.. it was explained that the fare I wanted wasn’t available and that is was economy with no baggage, First off the airline does allow baggage, for this flight, The CSR then tries to upswell me a ticket that is the same price as the airline that I will be flying on. I said no, and went directly to the airline and bought my ticket, they should be shut down

Lucas helped me to day, with getting seats for my three tickets, I had from 6 months ago. We was very polite and slowed down his talking as I requested. He explained everything. And had a pleasant personality.
