My flight was cancelled without notifications. I called them several times and they gave me different version every single time. The kept blaming the airline for the cancellation. Were not able to give me an answer. I had to buy three flights to head back home and paid the double for it. This third party is horrible and not liable at all. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Btw my sister in law flights were also cancelled for the same day. THIS IS FRAUD AND THEY'RE GETTING AWAY WITH IT!!! I'm still not able to get my money back!!!!!

I found Xavier great to deal with. I had a late change to my flight arrangements and he was very clear on what he was going to do and came back to me efficiently and all's well.

I purchased tickets thru this site & I received an email that my order was being processed. The next day I get an email from the site saying there is an issue with the credit card. I called & was told the zip code was wrong, which is odd because it auto populates with the correct info before I initially approved the purchase. They then tell me there are no more tickets @ the initial price & I end up having to pay $300 more than the original $1,050 price for 2 tickets. This website is a scam.
