I booked a ticket today & a couple hours later received a call that the price changed. How disappointing! I went ahead & rebooked at a higher price only because it is Christmas time. The man who called (Ernesto) was very cordial.

The lady I talked to was very sweet, but she had a heavy accent and it was hard to understand her. She was very patient with me but I’m elderly and it’s hard for me to hear and it was very difficult to communicate. She did everything she could to help me and I really appreciated that.

I had attempted to book through another discount company, but they were unable to fulfil my schedule request. In addition, they did not communicate that fact until I called to request status. By then it was too late to get the requested schedule. Your Representative was helpful in searching for an alternative and was successful.
