Ebags is a trustful company. I've ordered two bags from here before. Last year I ordered a bag and it came in on time and it was new and in great shape. This year I ordered another bag from here again but the tracking information was off so I contacted them about it and they sent another bag to me because the first order had some technical difficulties. I just got my bag in today and it is also new and in great shape.

I purchase a new leather messenger bag from Ebags but I got a used bag. This bag had a lot noticeable scratches. I will never buy from this company again. Also, I left a negative review on yelp.com and I try looking them up on yelp again and I couldn't find them. This company also had a bunch of poor reviews on yelp. I feel like the company closed their yelp page because of all the 1 star reviews. Like I said I wouldn't trust this piece of S H I T company.

Very unimpressed by this retailer. I recently purchased the Orion 3PC Hardside Expandable Spinner Luggage Set by Traveler's Club from eBags for my husband from ebags. After 3 uses, a wheel broke off, the zipper had broken and the lining had broken. eBags made me chase the retailer down 3 times (who was awful and never responded by phone or email), and then finally stepped in to give me a credit and a shot at ordering another bag. Not the way to do business, at least not successfully. If I extend my trust (and my money) to you as a retailer, do me a favor and return that trust.

I've ordered three bags from Ebags and their packing cubes. Two of the bags are under the Ebag brand. The other, a carry on, was not. With a little effort matching a close out price with an Ebags promo, I got the carry on at a great price. I've recently purchased one of their ETech backpacks and love it. Very well made. Perfect for my iPad and supplies. My most recent purchase is an Ebags rolling duffel, a E Tech Mother Lode Jr.. I not only exchanged it for a different color and got free shipping on the exchange, but they restored some of my expired Ebag points for an additional discount. They told me to put the bag to the test.

Company cancels order and says out of stock. Then has the item in stock (at a much higher price)when you contact them. They will not honor original price

Ebags has always been a place with free return shipping. I used to choose them over other websites (even if another website was a little cheaper sometimes) because with them I was able to order without fear. I knew if I didn't like the item, I could just send it back, no risk. Well, they suddenly changed this policy with no notice. Now they charge 4.95 per item for returns. For a store that has always offered free return shipping, I feel like they should have called attention to the change at SOME point during the order process.. or maybe they could have sent an email to existing customers telling us about the change. But instead, they seem to have gone out of their way to make it as difficult as possible to become aware of this policy change. The place on the website that used to say "Free returns" now says "Easy returns" in the same font. I did not notice this. I didn't think to check their return policy because I have ordered from them many times before and I thought I already knew the return policy. The only reason I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 is that customer service waived the fee as a "one time exception" after I emailed them in a panic, realizing that they now charged for returns. I appreciate their willingness to help me. But they made it clear it was a one-time exception, and I'm still upset at how they secretly changed a policy that affects existing customers much more than new customers -- existing customers are less likely to look at the return policy when they have no reason to expect it to have changed. Now I have no reason to order from ebags over any other web store. If I'm going to be paying return shipping anyway for something that doesn't work out, I might as well order the things from amazon, who are often cheaper anyway.

Though others have said their prices are high, for baggallini bags they are usually comparable to the other big websites (e.g. amazon). In the past I have always ordered several bags, kept the one or two that would work for me and return the rest. No hassle. I wasn't really in the market for a new purse, but I received an email that I had rewards dollars (nearly $25) that were about to expire, so I decided to replace my favorite purse. I also ordered two others just to see. The others didn't work for me, so I went to the website to get the return shipping label. That's when I was shocked to see that they are now charging a "nominal" $4.95 per item return fee!! That is not a free return!

This company's customer service is absolutely the worst. I will never buy from this company again.
