I have bought several bags of different sizes from eBags, and there has never been a problem. The products arrive in a timely fashion and are well packaged. I have purchase the eBags brand and other nationally branded products without incident. As far as I'm concerned, if eBags doesn't stock it, you don't need it.

The first time I used the zipper to make it into a backpack, the zipper would not work again to close it. So I returned it. Love the pockets and the size. Very unhappy I had to pay to return it. Thought returns were free.
