Thank you so much for sharing such a detailed and thoughtful review — we truly appreciate you taking the time to walk through your experience step by step. 💖 We’re delighted to hear that after coloring and washing, the Afro Kinky Curly Microloops texture and softness won you over, and that you’re happy with the final color result. It’s also great to know you felt supported by our customer service team along the way. Your note about minimal shedding after coloring is helpful for others considering a similar process, and we’re glad it met your expectations for the texture. We can’t wait to see your finished install once your hair is color-matched — it’s going to look absolutely beautiful! 😊✨ If you have any questions during your installation or need aftercare tips, we’re always here to help.

Thank you so much for sharing your honest and kind feedback! ❤️ We're truly happy to hear that you love the softness of the hair and that the Burmese curl worked perfectly for your miracle knots — that style is absolutely stunning! We also sincerely appreciate you noting your experience with the blonde tone. Our goal is 100% human hair in all colors, and we will certainly review the blonde batches to ensure consistency with our quality standards. Thank you for bringing this to our attention — it helps us improve. Most importantly, we’re delighted that your niece loves it! Making our customers (big and little 😊) happy is what matters most to us.
