I received my deep wavy hair on time…
I received my deep wavy hair on time but when I received it the bundles was soft and beautiful, but then did not cover my head (I have a small head) it was 3 bundles as said would cover for fullness. I then ordered 2 more bundles to make it fuller but then hair became brittle at the ends and hard to detangle . I still feel there should be more bundles you can receive for the price, because I spent a lot of money for this hair believing it would be better then some of the other hair I have brought in the past from beauty suppliers. Not to happy

It’s understandable to expect both fullness and consistent quality, especially with the investment you’ve made. We’d like to help make this right. Could you please send your order number to us via private message? We will:Review your specific orders and the texture concerns you mentioned.

This company started out great when I…
This company started out great when I first started purchasing from them. Now for the 2 orders I’ve had nothing but problems. It’s ridiculous that I have to email you because my packages are not being shipped until after I do. The package finally shipped after a week and a half. I had to reach out for the SECOND time for the same time. Now it has finally shipped and now has been sitting in the same city for 3 days. A costumer should not have to remind you to ship orders when it's the business you chose. 2 weeks going on 3 they don't have to worry about me being a customer anymore! Because of them not doing their job, I have a hair appointment and because of their delays I had to order from somewhere else to make sure it arrives on time.
Response from Eayon HairJan 28, 2026
We are truly sorry for the repeated delays and frustration you've experienced with your recent orders. It is completely unacceptable that you had to follow up multiple times for your packages to be shipped, and that shipping itself has been inconsistent and slow. You should never have to remind us to do our job, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, stress, and disappointment this has caused — especially when it affected your hair appointment and forced you to order elsewhere. We take full responsibility for these failures in our service and logistics. To address this immediately and make things right, please send us your order number in a private message.

Do not buy from these people
Do not buy from these people. I ordered waves and got kinky curls. They took forever to try to make it right then they sent the hair to the wrong place. I lost a client and money. These people are truly a disappointment do not buy from them.

We are truly sorry to hear about the multiple issues you experienced — from receiving the wrong texture and delayed resolution to the package being sent to the wrong address, ultimately causing you to lose a client and income. This is completely unacceptable, and we sincerely apologize for the profound frustration and professional impact this has had on you. We take full responsibility for these failures and want to make it right. Please send us your order number in a private message so we can immediately.

I received 1 very small pack of hair…
I received 1 very small pack of hair that cannot do any type of hair style which cost $65 without shipping. After I received this and addressed this misrepresentation. I received a reply that the company suggests that I order 3 packs of their hair to get a hairstyle. Why wasn’t this suggested when a customer makes a purchase? So, if you want to get a hairstyle with this company’s hair, be willing to spend well over $130 for crochet hair, which after you wash it, the texture changes so it’s not worth reusing.
Response from Eayon HairJan 26, 2026
We sincerely apologize for the frustration and disappointment you've experienced with both the quantity of hair received and the lack of clear guidance at the time of purchase. This is not the standard of service or transparency we aim to provide, and we are truly sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. Your concern about the amount needed for a full style is completely valid. We are reviewing our product descriptions and purchasing flow to ensure that bundle recommendations (such as suggesting multiple packs for certain styles) are clearly communicated before checkout. Additionally, we take note of your feedback regarding texture changes after washing — this is not typical for our hair when cared for as recommended, and we would like to investigate further.

Hair quality is mediocre
Hair quality is mediocre, you will get matting if you don't remove your clip ins nightly. I had to resew about 1/3 of the clips back in because they were coming undone. They did look good in, full and natural looking. I did get compliments and some friends thought it was my own hair,
Response from Eayon HairJan 26, 2026
Thank you for your honest and thoughtful feedback — we truly appreciate you sharing both what worked and what didn’t. We’re glad the hair looked natural and full and that you received compliments, but we’re sincerely sorry to hear about the matting and the clips coming loose. That’s not the experience we want you to have. To make this right and learn from your experience, please send us your order number in a private message. I’ll personally ensure you receive appropriate support, whether that’s replacement clips, or styling guidance to help maintain the hair better.
