The hair length is after wet, so buyer beware…
The hair had to be wet to separate each strand. Also the description doesn’t mention that the length is after the product is wet. I had actually wanted it longer so I would have needed it to be 24 inches to look like 16 inches ( as dry hair). Instead of 16 inches looking like 10 inches. Disappointed but will do what I can to make it work…. (My updated review)———In response to Eayon Hair—— January 26, 2026 No….the hair looks 10 inches as dry…period. My hairdresser even questioned me about the length of the product and I explained that it arrived that way. This has nothing to do with the hair needing to be wet to separate it. Purely on arrival, description of the hair’s dry length is misleading. I would have chosen different hair product or length if it was stated more factually. Please update your website so the customer is fully informed and aware of their purchase. These units are expensive and it is your obligation to be a honest, upfront reliable source for women of color.

Thank you for sharing your honest experience with us. We genuinely appreciate you taking the time to provide such detailed feedback. We sincerely apologize for the disappointment regarding the length and the need to wet the hair for separation. It is never our intention for customers to feel misled or inconvenienced by product descriptions or handling. We acknowledge that clearer communication about how the hair behaves when wet versus dry is important, and we will certainly review and update our product information to better reflect this.
