I had issues with this business. After a few weeks, I decided I didn’t want it anymore. I wasn’t able to eat all the meals and my freezer space was getting limited. I thought I had paused my subscription but I got a new order soon after. I wrote to ask if they would cancel my account and they replied fairly quickly that they would. And the very next week, I had another box at my door! I wrote them one more time and mentioned the Better Business Bureau and they were SUPER Quick to respond. From what I can tell, it looks as if my account has finally been canceled. I feel like they should be investigated due to the large number of complaints. Like a previous reviewer mentioned, if you are having issues definitely report to the BBB. It only took me a few minutes. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because it appears as if they have followed my request.

There is zero communication. I ordered one time and was put on a recurring order. There was no communication about selecting meals or when my delivery was coming. I only knew an order was on the way when Fedex told me it was being delivered the next day. I was sent random meals with food and macros I cannot eat. I received an email today (food delivered yesterday) with a list of what they were sending in my order. The food in my first order was average. Nothing I would consider really good other than their baked plantains. The food wasn't bad, just nothing I would reorder or pay to have delivered.

I've been ordering my meals from EatClean for months, and it's been the best! I love the food, and it saves me so much time. 🫶🏼 Just heat it up, eat it, and it's ready. 100% recommended! They deliver it to your door every Sunday!

I’ve been ordering from Eat Clean for over a year now, and I can honestly say the food is absolutely delicious! Thanks to their fresh and healthy meals, I’ve been able to maintain a healthy lifestyle without sacrificing flavor. I 100% recommend Eat Clean to anyone looking for tasty, nutritious food that makes eating healthy easy and enjoyable.

Terrible, poor, uncompliant with FDA nutrition facts and incorrect labeling. I tried them one and I am a strict vegan and they had sent non-vegan meals and had incorrect lebels on them. I also many times asked for the correct nutrition facts with added sugar and they couldn't provide it. What the heck? They dont know what they are putting in their own food? Then, they finally have it in the website but just out zero for all added sugar when there is sugar in the ingredients. They also have labels incorrect, like labeling a plant-based meal that has butter in the ingredients. For anyone who wants to know anything about what they are eating, this company is terrible. It creates mistrust and is unprofessional.

The worst meal delivery service ever. If I could give 0 stars I would. I regret ever ordering with them. I did not get tracking info for more than one box. Food was not great. Packaging was flimsy. Beyond that, the customer service is AWFUL. I thought I had paused the subscription and noticed I was charged again. Contacted them immediately for a refund and to cancel. They eventually agreed to cancel the box and refund me after a few days. Then was told it was being sent to billing for a refund. Was told it would be 7-10 business days. Did not receive the refund within that time frame. Customer service is very rude and not helpful. The worst experience. Save yourself the headache and order with any other company but this one.

The food is awesome, tasty and low in sodium. I don’t believe I’ve had worse customer service in my lifetime and I’m a senior. My delivery arrived 2 days late, ice packs melted, food warm to touch. This incident happened in June. I reported it multiple times, told I’d get a credit, told it would be escalated. None of this happened. Cancelled my account. Trying emailing. They texted me saying they’d call. Never did. Tried calling again, no answer. Also tried obtaining a refund through my credit card. I need documentation to do so. None of their responses are in writing so no documentation, very cagey business practices. So I’ve written off my $80+ purchase. I’ll never see the money again. Unless you are a gambler and have money to lose, don’t use this service.
