RIP OFF!!!!!!! I signed up to look at their menu, and then cancelled within 30 inutes. They still sent me some week's food I did not even pick out. Took me hours to get a hold of anyone in CS and after debating, ws told I would get a refund. NEVER happened.

I would give them zero stars if I could. I signed up for their meals a few weeks out hoping to look at the menu (which is not shown until you sign up), and was told I would be charged the week before my meals were delivered. I was charged immediately and it took me 4 days to get in touch with customer service. It was confirmed that my meals hadn't shipped and I had not received any product, but they told me they had a policy of not issuing refunds. I asked to speak with a manager, but was told that managers also were not able to issue refunds, and the best they could do is an account credit if I signed back up with them. They also offered to put my order on hold so that I could get the meals a different week if I wanted instead. Very unhelpful and feels like I was scammed out of my moneg

AVOID THIS COMPANY! I would give them 0 stars if I could! I wanted to see what their meals were. Had to create an account AND provide a credit card. Their website automatically signed me up for meals! There was no place to cancel. Why? Because there is no cancel option on the website! The only cancel option is actually to cancel your Pause delivery. This is appears to be by design. So imagine my surprise when I got a delivery! Had trouble getting thru to customer service. The 800 number is disconnected. When I did finally get through on the number buried deeply on the website, I told them to cancel immediately. Got another delivery the next week too! AVOID THIS COMPANY! And the meals ARE TERRIBLE! There is a lot of filler -- like beans and pasta -- but very little vegetables. And it seems the two weeks I got meals, they were the exact same ones. AWFUL!!

Food tastes good, delivered with box on it's side despite label indicating "This side up" No ingredients or sodium content information.

Would give them a negative star rating if it were an option. Please take time to read their Better Business Bureau reviews, which state that they are a scam company. Our experience: Received our first box and tried to eat all the meals - had to throw out most of them (I wouldn't even donate this kind of food). Paused our deliveries and the website showed them as paused. More than a week later (with no warning since they never send emails - & my account didn't show a delivery coming), I received another box of meals & was charged for them. There is no way to communicate with them through writing. Tried calling them as soon as I saw the box & was on hold for 15 minutes, then was sent to voicemail. No one called back. Was able to talk to them on the phone today & they didn't acknowledge anything I said (didn't even apologize for the terrible product). They told me their records showed that I had suspended the account only yesterday (I wasn't on their website at all yesterday). I stupidly didn't take a screen shot of the day I did suspend it about 2 weeks ago so I could show it to them. There still would be no way to show it to them, since they have no way to communicate except by phone. They won't even refund due to the inedible meals. The rep wouldn't transfer me someone with authority to refund my hard earned money. I don't think that is even an option with them. Apparently, the only option available to them is to hang up the phone without warning, which is what she did. Tried to completely cancel my subscription online the other day when I received the delivery that was supposed to be paused, but the website kept showing as only paused. I tried to tell the rep that everything I did on the website was undone by the website, so any "records" they have are NOT accurate. She did manage to cancel my subscription while I was on the phone with her. I took a screen shot this time. Time will tell if they will follow through with the cancellation. I can't even remove my credit card from the account, even after the subscription was canceled.

This company is worthless. I tried them out and received my first delivery. I tried a couple meals the first day and decided I did not care for their recipes. I canceled my plan that same day. They have not stopped the orders despite me canceling, calling, and leaving messages. They do not have an email you can contact and they do not return your call. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! They will just take your money like a theif.

I got food poisoning from the first meal I ate and they still haven’t refunded me and I canceled before second week and still got charged even though they said I wouldn’t be because J had gotten food poisoning. The food also arrived late.

The chicken dishes were all good but the steak with red potatoes label is mistaken,I believe...I got 2 of them and it includes a plastic cup of sauce (which is delicious, btw)...instructions say 3 minutes in the MW, and I think this is a mistake after just heating the 2nd one (1st time I thought maybe I put it on 4 minutes because the potato wedges broke away with a poke and the steak was so dry and tough, it had very little pieces that were edible). Well I did 3 minutes and same thing...same exact! Other dishes are 2 minutes and I'm thinking that's all this needed too. Ugh.
