I have tried a couple other food delivery services and this is by far my favorite. I really enjoy the traditional menu and have ordered keto as well. My delivery is always on time and never any issues. I prefer my eat clean meals vs ordering out. The food quality and taste is amazing…I really haven’t come across a meal I didn’t enjoy.

One of the worst customer service experience of my life. They charge you even after you cancel and will not return your money but try and give you a credit. Customer service is unhelpful. This company is a joke . Please refrain from wasting your time or money.

I canceled the first order before the deadline. They charged me anyway and told me there was no way to cancel. Believe the other reviews when they say this company uses deception to make money. Their statement to me was "you agreed to the charge at the time of sign up by accepting the terms and conditions." The terms also stated that I had until 11:00 AM on Sunday to change or cancel the order. Deceptive at best.

Exceptional food that includes a wide variety of flavors such as chicken parm, kung pao chicken and BBQ crusted chicken with Mac & cheese. Enjoyed every meal.

Eat Clean is misnomer. They have soy in many of their products, and they do not include that on their labels. That is deceptive! Ingredient labels are missing from some packages. Customer service is a joke. I had to call multiple times to get help. I tried the meals for two weeks and that was too long. I cancelled today with no regrets.

The food is bland, and the plastic will warp and sink into your food, which is likely a health hazard. The customer service is a joke – no one answers their phones and the social media links on their emails don’t work. You will get Deanna, an extremely rude individual who seems to work for them, to send you a text, which is so weird. She needs to take some Customer Service classes. If you try to cancel, they will tell you you missed the cut off date, which is a full week before shipping. I took my credit card info off their site because I don’t trust them not to charge me again, it seems like a total scam. I have thrown out in majority of the meals in my last two shipments.
