Eat CleanReviews of eatcleantogo.com

This company is a scam and refuses to refund the amount they charged me for monthly subscription. I never received product and have tried to cancel my order numerous times. Terrible customer service/support. BBB is next stop to get my refund.

By far the BEST meal delivery service! 10/10 in all departments!! Not only is everything extremely tasty, there is so much variety in meals, everything is fresh, and portions are great! We don’t get bored of seeing the same thing week after week like at other meal delivery services. I also love that meals are delivered Sunday’s so we are ready for our week! Great job Eat Clean!!

Great food! Great quality and consistency!

Been a client for 5+ years! Amazing food! Never disappoint

Great clean healthy food! Best in the industry.

They charged me twice for deliveries I had requested be skipped (within the time frame to cancel). Instead, they delivered both boxes while I was out of town, each time. They have refused to give me a refund, explaining that they withdraw the funds from my bank BEFORE the cancellation time period is up! This is TERRIBLE business practice! No wonder they are not BBB acredited.

This service is not something I would recommend. Use other services. Here is the scam. You go to eat clean and have to create an account to view their menu. During this process they get you payment info. I found nothing that I wanted on their menu so I cancelled less than 15 min after review. Suddenly I get an email saying my order would be delivered in 3 days however I didn't order anything. I then received a text the next day asking why I cancelled I told them and asked why they had an 81.00 hold on my bank account. I was then assured it wouldn’t be charged….well it was. That was on April 24th I have called multiple times constantly being told it will be refunded, I ask for a confirmation email stating that and of course they say yes they will send it out. To date May 11th I still have not received my refund nor the email. This company is bogus and swindle people out of their money if they do not keep a membership. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.

I am able to select meals that I like most weeks. Last week I ordered BBQ pulled pork with sweet plantain mash and you shipped it with spaghetti squash instead which I don't like and had to throw out. I would like other vegetables besides squash which I don't like and throw out - corn, peas, lima beans and others like that which I know may not be as good for you.
