Received a text informing me that meals had been delayed and to toss the box when delivered. I was to receive a replacement box the next day by FedEx. Never happened. Customer service not responding to my text.

1. Dealing with not easily recyclicable packaging and cold packs. 2. Upredictable delivery times leading to worry about thawed out ice packs. 3. Meals were OK. Liked reasonably sized portions and recipes.

I ordered from them 2 times. The first time delivery was delayed 2 days. This is my second delivery and it is so far delayed 4 days and counting. Terrible customer service, I requested a refund, I will update here.

Just like most other reviews, Eatclean fraudulently charged my card but is refusing to refund my money. BBB complaint coming next. Reply from eatcleantogo.com: "Hello and we appreciate all feedback. Our system only processes a charge if a member did not pause or cancel prior to the cutoff time. If a billing error ever did occur we would promptly correct it. Please message us your full name and email so we can promptly review. Thanks!" The website purposely does not allow people to see the menu and makes you first enter payment information. They fraudulently charge your card and refuse to refund your money once you realize their menu is extremely limited. I have been calling, leaving messages, and emailing for three weeks without a refund, yet. DO NOT USE SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THESE CROOKS!!!

I've tried and tried to ask why their calories on the Keto chocolate chip pancakes has changed THREE times. I never can get an answer. It seems if you look at the ingredients in their meals, the calories/ nutrition per serving has to be INCORRECT. I'd like to know WHO is in charge of figuring out the "exact precise" calories/ingredients in each meal. It seems its FALSE advertisement.

Order arrived 2 days after normal due to 4th of July. Ice pacs were melted and box interior was not cold. I live in AZ and temps were 105 all week. I couldn't safely eat this. Sent email with Pic of melted ice pacs. No credit was issued or even a phone call made to me

I have been trying out a few different meal delivery services to see which one will fit my lifestyle the best. Eatclean was one I picked but for the amount they are charging, I decided it was too expensive and I didn't have the flexibility to change the flavors (sweet and salty). I canceled my subscription, which I also thought canceled my order. It won't be here for a week and I am being told NO REFUNDS since it has already been shipped out. I already requested to cancel this order before the deadline and they are still charging me for an order I don't want.

Eat Clean doesn't let you view their meals until after you sign up. I signed up, viewed the meals and saw that none of the meals fit my dietary requirements. I canceled my subscription instantly and asked for a refund. The company refused to give me a refund for an order that I will never receive. I never picked any meals, so they have nothing to send. This company is a scam.
