EatClean is a scam food delivery service! They charged my card without authorization even after I canceled within the specified window. Their website has no place for you to cancel when you can allegedly change your meals until the deadline. I am also pescatarian and they sent 3 meals with beef and pork. I have ordered from many other food delivery services and this is the absolute worst. I attempted to contact them via text, email and phone, and am still waiting for a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! UPDATE: 5/6/2024 - STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED CREDIT ON MY ACCOUNT. WILL BE REPORTING TO BBB, ATTY GEN AND FILING COMPLAINTS...

With a busy schedule making meals can be overwhelming, but with Eat Clean by my side it’s allowed me to hit my nutrition goals in just minutes! I don’t like to use the microwave & with Eat Clean you don’t have to. They provide instructions on how to reheat the food on the oven in just 5 minutes. The variety, quality, & efficiency of Eat Clean has legitimately improved daily routine! Plus it’s soooo YUMMY!

Your food is very good. You have prompt service. I wanted to change my orders to avoid onions and too much green peppers. Here are my 6 choices: >Italian Chicken Parmeson w/Broccoli > Garlic Pepper Steak w/ Red Potato>>. >Italian Sausage Pasta Skillet >Grassfed Beef Burger w/Ch. & Red Potato > Authentic Chimichurri Chicken >Chicken Tikka Masala w/ White rice

I am taking the time to update my review because I will say EatClean does have great customer, service as a manager, Diane, called me to fix the situation… Hopefully tomorrow I will receive all the large meals as I am supposed to receive for the trouble I went through she gave me a great discount and I really appreciate it. It definitely is keeping me as a customer with EatClean!—thank you Diane!!😊😊

I really like the easiness of the website. The meals are some of the best I've tasted for meal delivery. I've tested several in the last month and Eat Clean's meals test fresh and flavorful. Will definitely order from them again!

I'll start by saying their food it not bad... and I had no issues with delivery, packaging, or them overcharging me... although, they did not always send what i ordered. with that said, I stopped using them for a similar reason. I've been intensely working out for two hours a day since February, burning approximately 2,500 to 3,000 calories, as I was closely monitoring my calorie intake and output. I subscribed to their service because they were marketed as healthy, and I made sure to choose meals around 500 calories or less. However, despite doing everything right, I wasn't losing weight. I suspect their calorie counts were inaccurate. They also don't list all of their ingredients, which should have been a red flag. I filed a complaint, but they only said they would look into it, closed my ticket, and ignored my subsequent messages. They claim to use only olive oil, yet it's not mentioned on their labels. In any case, I switched back to previous meal service and lost about 2 pounds in just a week. Comparing what 500 calories of my current service looks like versus Eat Clean, it's clear their meals are not labeled correctly. Also, one of the meals I had today (not Eat Clean) had 690 mg of sodium, and it felt under salted... Eat Clean was probably being misleading about the salt content too. Their food never tasted undersalted to me, and the labels consistently showed low sodium levels, like 200 or 300 milligrams. I always thought that was strange.If you don't care about what's in your food, then go with these people. You won't have any problems. But if you care, stay away. Oh and some of their meals that are supposed to be paleo have transfats. At least they were transparent about that.

Most meals were good but the rice is not soft at all.

No resolution. 5 or 6 tickets open which you just kept closing. Went through bank to get my money back.
