Easyship works really well and offers plenty of shipping options for your business. My only issue with the platform has been the inconsistency in Customer Service response times. Sometimes it is remarkably fast and helpful; others it takes a long time to receive responses and they are incomplete. Overall, I do like the platform and how it communicates with our store to process our shipments.

Pros: syncs with our e-commerce platform which makes creating shipments easy and convenient Cons: 1. when shipments go missing, it's up to you to get in touch with the courier companies as Easyship can be extremely unresponsive and does not seem to care (since they are just the middleman). 2. in the last month, we had two instances where our parcels were mixed up with other customer's of Easyship's and the labels were swapped, so our customers never received the items they ordered. Very unreliable and scary. 3. we've tried claiming insurance for missing shipments but I haven't successfully processed a claim yet. 4. sometimes Easyship makes adjustments and shipments get charged more even when you input accurate dimensions and you have to look out for it Overall, useful but expensive and extremely bad service when something goes wrong. If a better option comes along, go for that instead

MIssed pickup by agent Aramax didnt pick up the parcel for a few days. When I contacted Easyship, they responded right away and alerted Aramax for the pick up. Even update me on where the parcel is.

I do not understand how this company operates, never picks up the phone and the software is useless, I had orders delivered over 2 months showing as in transit to customer on my dashboard. They hide behind emails and it seems like i am speaking to robots who are never helpful, if you can avoid them do it at all cost, trust me it will be headache. They are only middle men so they are not really giving you anything extra and trust me when something goes wrong you are better off contacting the actually couriers like UPS or Hermes yourself.

Wasted my time - don't waste yours. Sounded like it had everything I needed - dimensional weight calculations, shipping rules, carrier rates displayed to customers, but virtually none of these things worked. Support was of no help, I have multiple tickets still open with them and it has been a month now with no answers. Wish it would of worked, but after multiple emails, (repeated) screenshots showing the same issues, there were no resolutions. I can easily imagine what would happen if I ran into an issue down the road with them and needed help - it would be nothing.
