Double charges without notice
They lure you in with promises of good rates but afterwards you get charged a second time for what they call a discrepancy and without advising you about it. I have been weighing and measuring each and every parcel to ensure i get the best possible shipping cost but eventually they double charge and they really don't care when you ask for an explanation. They just take more money without notice. Seriously not worth your effort or money. Find a much more reliable and trustworthy company

Hi Alby, Thank you for providing your feedback, however we must take issue with the points you have raised. Our rates are consistent, however we must take adjustment fees into account. In your case, the weight and dimensions you provided for your shipment were not accurate. As a result, we were charged an additional fee by the Courier, which we then passed on to you as this was a result of the incorrect details being provided at the outset.
