Poor first experience working with Easyship and 3rd party courier companies
It was our first experience working with Easyship for domestic and international deliveries. But out of five 3rd party courier companies that were supposed to pick up our packages, 2 did not turn up nor call to explain the delay or rescheduling. It was on a Friday and the delivery issue with the 2 courier companies were only resolved with packages collected on the following Tuesday/Wednesday. Email queries to Easyship weren't replied actively during this period. As a new customer with Easyship, it felt that we were sort of "abandoned" on Friday while we waited for the last 2 couriers to turn up from 9am - 7pm and nobody did without any explanation. Due to Covid restrictions where we are working from home. We especially turned up at the office to wait for the couriers. It was a disappointing 1st experience which we hope to not repeat again.

Easyship is the way to go....
I have used easyship at least twice to ship goods to Ethiopia. Easy process. Billing information was upfront, and price comparison between major carriers and their pricing to include paying customs or having the recipient to pay the customs fee. Goods arrived on time without any issues. Excellent service. Prices were reasonable if I tried to ship via FedEx or UPS or DHL by myself.

Great for my business
Easyship has been great for my business. They allow my customers to get the best shipping rates and pick the shipping option they prefer by showing all options with costs at checkout in my Woocommerce store.

This was the first time I used Easyship…
This was the first time I used Easyship even though I signed up more than 6 months ago. It was a little bit of a challenge getting started but I had four, high value, large boxes to send and I was hoping to save some money. I was so surprised to see the prices less than half what they were to take them into the UPS Store. And that was with the insurance. The packages all arrived together in New York from Arizona in 4 days. They were delayed one day but It's getting close to the holidays so that's to be expected. I am so happy I used Easyship.
