They are not reliable for social media. In my experience they don't work for instagram. Like Brian from their support wrote me : "If you need 100% reliability, you have to enter into a contract with a major carrier" My refund has been refused so i wasted 10$. Luckily i ve found a way cheaper website that works great for social media verification codes and refund automatically if the number doesn't work. Those alternatives exist! i just had to dig deeper to find it.

Hello, what Brian wrote is correct. If you need 100% reliability you need to have a contract with a major carrier. This is because major carriers collect identity information from you for a US number. They also charge you upwards of 10x what we do. We do not collect info for US numbers because we offer virtual numbers, which are anonymous numbers. Because of this, many services work hard to block virtual numbers. This is why we offer a money back guarantee if the service that you care about does not work. However, if you verify any service (you verified various social media), our policy does not allow a full refund. You can continue to use your EasyRinger number for the duration of the month though.
