They didn’t quite have the services I was looking for, but their customer service was great! When I realized my mistake, they were quick to issue me a refund. No run around or issues.

Absolutely terrible service. I ordered an eSIM from Easyringer three weeks ago and my request has been stuck ever since. They keep claiming it only takes 24 hours, but nothing ever happens. No updates, no proper support, just silence. This company is unreliable, unprofessional, and a complete waste of time and money. Avoid Easyringer at all costs.

I was looking out for a voip call solution for the netherlands, and found easyringer, my use case was far off at the moment but as I try to shift towards a fitting infrastructure, the 7 day refund guarantee worked like a charm! really fast and easy customer service. hoping to be able to use easyringer again in the future.

I didn't use the service extensively, it was only for maybe 5 or 6 days and no longer needed to use the number i bought but I'm mainly here to say that you can expect very swift responses from their customer support and they had no issues with processing the refund since i was within the window of their TOS.

EasyRinger gets 2 stars because it works 50% of the time. The other 50% of the time the audio is severely corrupted rendering it necessary to disconnect the call and try again another day... And then there's the current issue - since at least 23 August 2025 through 27 August 2025 the site has been absolutely NON-FUNCTIONAL...meaning no out going calls to any number in US called connect...the call status only in the 'connecting' phase sort of like watching the 'magic Beach Ball of Patience" on a Mac when the app is refusing to open...very disappointing...and a live-action experience of a total waste of money in action... Looking for a service that actually functions as sold. EasyRinger is not on that list. Update: it would be a wonderful world if the review response bots would actually address the reality described in the reviewer's experience...Sadly this is not the state of the world in 2025/2026 ...as my direct experience with EasyRinger was, Zero response to this service interruption and when the website mysteriously resumed semi-functionality and I contacted their 'customer Service' which I imagine is a euphemism for Spam folder...recieved zero response until I submitted a sales question request to their 'sales' department requesting info on purchasing a high ticket account which then triggered a reply from a human-sounding bot that forwarded my service request to another human (maybe) that replied to a larger functionality problem on the site (which had caused a large amount of unnecessary charges for website initiated calls from the account to itself for over a year...which the 'service' agent promised to forward to their 'tech team' to be addressed for 'further investigation' from whom I eventually received the reply that the fact-based evidence of mal-functioning was 'not possible' and therefore required no attention because it 'did not exist'... a wonderful example of gaslighting in action... however to the tech dept's credit, the invalid charges and mystery web-based 'self calls' have finally ceased and no more charges have been debited for this 'non-existent' activity at this point in Oct 2026... So congratulations to the tech dept for resolving the 'not possible' problem ...it only took 1+ years! way to go! At this rate, maybe we can look forward to the company having a fully functioning system and web interface sometime before 2030? One must remain optimistic as A.I. develops, eh?

At first i was amazed very nice product at an affordable price. I didnt have the product for more than 5-6 hrs when they "suspended" nowhere is to be found that they can suspend your service, Also is unfair that they suspend the service without warning. And if it was easy to unsuspend it i wouldnt have a problem but is not. I wrote to support NOONE REPLIES. VERY ANNOYING EXPERIENCE. SADLY I ALREADY ANNOUNCED MY NUMBER TO MY CUSTOMERS AND I NEED IT. UPDATE: AFTER 22 HRS KEVIN HELPED AND SOLVED THE ISSUE HOWEVER THEY SHOULD BE MORE TRANSPARENT IN THE REASONS ON WHAT IS HIGH VOLUME OR NOT, AND I KEEP MY ORIGINAL THINKING, THEY SHOULD NOT SUSPEND SERVICES, THEY SHOULD ENQUIRE PRIOR TO SUSPENDING. I tried EasyRinger and while it looks like a great service, I ran into an issue when trying to get a Malaysian local number. It required more documentation than I was comfortable providing. Once I raised this with support, the cancellation process was very straightforward. I cancelled within the 7-day money-back window, and my refund was processed the same day after submitting a support ticket. Overall, customer service was quick and hassle-free.

So far, so good! Having had poor experiences with support other platforms recently, VOIP service and otherwise, I appreciated the professionalism and commitment to resolving my concerns. Took a bit to get there, but we did and I’m looking forward to using the service.
