No one is perfect, though many try to be by responding to customers quickly and fixing the issue. EasyRinger is one of those. I live in Asia and have a US phone number for friends and family to use to contact me. With EasyRinger, I can have a local phone number just about anywhere in the world and calls to the US number ring on that phone. People do not have to know where you are or keep track of your changing local phone numbers to reach you. I highly recommend using EasyRinger.

I have been searching FOREVER for a new call/SMS service for US based numbers every since Skype went away! EasyRinger is a God-send! Fast, easy, set up...and the calls and SMS actually work! The only thing that is odd, is that your phone will not ring with the forwarded number if you are on the Numbers Setup page of the website. You can be on literally any other page and your phone will ring. But if on the Nulbers Setup page, your computer will ring,not your phone. Other than that, so far, fabulous!

Good service and customer support, on-boarding took a bit of effort (due to bug) but the service is working perfect.

I have been using EasyRinger for a month now. Its easy to set up and use and provides a solution for my needs. The only issue is that randomly they suspend my account for high usage and I have to write to them to get it reinstated. This can be inconvenient if someone is waiting for a call back from me. I also can't send SMS messages since I am an individual, not a US business, but that is not their fault, its apparently a new law.
