Very slow response time and convoluted website--after two days canceled my account and went with another company where I received a French number the same day. The websidte doesnt allow you to upload all the docs required to receive an international number and as there is no customer service phone or email contact I had to communicate through the bot which perpetually states someone will get back to me within 24 hours. The day after I applied I did finally receive an email from customer service stating I also needed (in addition to passport) proof of some sort of residency in France which I provided right away. 10 hours later I still received no response. Maybe their service is fine for those who have unlimited time to wait for their eventual response but that is not my case and dealing with them was a waste of my time.

They are not reliable for social media. In my experience they don't work for instagram. Like Brian from their support wrote me : "If you need 100% reliability, you have to enter into a contract with a major carrier" My refund has been refused so i wasted 10$. Luckily i ve found a way cheaper website that works great for social media verification codes and refund automatically if the number doesn't work. Those alternatives exist! i just had to dig deeper to find it.

EasyRinger gets 2 stars because it works 50% of the time. The other 50% of the time the audio is severely corrupted rendering it necessary to disconnect the call and try again another day... And then there's the current issue - since at least 23 August 2025 through 27 August 2025 the site has been absolutely NON-FUNCTIONAL...meaning no out going calls to any number in US called connect...the call status only in the 'connecting' phase sort of like watching the 'magic Beach Ball of Patience" on a Mac when the app is refusing to open...very disappointing...and a live-action experience of a total waste of money in action... Looking for a service that actually functions as sold. EasyRinger is not on that list. Update: it would be a wonderful world if the review response bots would actually address the reality described in the reviewer's experience...Sadly this is not the state of the world in 2025/2026 ...as my direct experience with EasyRinger was, Zero response to this service interruption and when the website mysteriously resumed semi-functionality and I contacted their 'customer Service' which I imagine is a euphemism for Spam folder...recieved zero response until I submitted a sales question request to their 'sales' department requesting info on purchasing a high ticket account which then triggered a reply from a human-sounding bot that forwarded my service request to another human (maybe) that replied to a larger functionality problem on the site (which had caused a large amount of unnecessary charges for website initiated calls from the account to itself for over a year...which the 'service' agent promised to forward to their 'tech team' to be addressed for 'further investigation' from whom I eventually received the reply that the fact-based evidence of mal-functioning was 'not possible' and therefore required no attention because it 'did not exist'... a wonderful example of gaslighting in action... however to the tech dept's credit, the invalid charges and mystery web-based 'self calls' have finally ceased and no more charges have been debited for this 'non-existent' activity at this point in Oct 2026... So congratulations to the tech dept for resolving the 'not possible' problem ...it only took 1+ years! way to go! At this rate, maybe we can look forward to the company having a fully functioning system and web interface sometime before 2030? One must remain optimistic as A.I. develops, eh?

I paid for exact number I choose In Florida, but after registration got Kansas number , support didnt help with that, very sad to get not what I paid for at all Also even after getting this number gmail didn’t accept it for verification

Customer service is not responding even after the reply posted here. Previously I wrote that have been waiting three days for a reply from Live Support. That is now over a week. I always used their website to communicate. I was charged for incoming calls made to my Spanish cell phone whereas their website makes no mention of having to pay for incoming calls let alone incoming calls to my mobile number from a US number. I show a charge of $8.41 for that call but at their published rate of $.051 per minute the charge would have been $2.04. The reply here suggested a refund. I have yet to see that. I see no reason to continue using this company.
