Absolutely awful. No explanation, just cancelled my subscription. I'm guessing it's because I wanted a Swedish number but to just cancel it without an explanation is bad customer service. Clearly I'm not the only one that feels this way!

Really bad experience with them, literally every number I tried to call with the Desktop App doesn't work or there is a issue. Customer service? Brian is nice but he takes way too long to respond. Sometimes up to 1 day during weekdays which is ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere, if you search a reliable provider this one is not a good option. EasyRinger makes every call procedure feel difficult.

DO NOT USE - crap support - actually no support - all AI and bizarre answers - no one ever on chat box - took our money and a week later still unable to use the number... yes cheap, but nasty experience...other reviews clearly fake - this one is not!

They have the best customer service you will ever find. Brian is a beast. He is so kind and accommodating and responds quickly. He's solved every problem and granted every request, including billing changes. Best customer service rep I've ever met in my life. This company is not trying to get all the money they can get. They're more than fair and are eager to help. God bless them.
