I am only guessing that these other reviews are paid for. In reality the service is actually really bad. The service gets suspended constantly and the support guys have no control over it. If you get too many calls like over 20? calls in a month then they just turn the service off spontaniously. You have to write a letter each time explaining why you have soo many. They cannot fix it either as its in the software. You might get a email or might not informing you of the suspension. Even the "Live Support" chat has been abandoned - just try it if you don't believe me. They even tricked me and said if I "upgrade" to Pro Version then the problem would be solved. I did upgrade and nothing changed but how much I pay each month. If you are looking for something reliable then look some where else. If your calls are important to you like mine are as I get calls from my mothers doctors overseas and health care providers then I recommend that you do not use this service. BTW nothing about these restrictions is mentioned anywhere on the website or anywhere else. In fact the support guy could not even give me a number of when they just turn it off. That's pretty bad. Completely unreliable. Highly do not recommend.

Immediate acknowledgment of receipt of my messages, and letting me know that a response would be forthcoming, as soon as a technician was available. Then, addressing and fixing the problem.

Pretty good international phone service, I'm happy with it. My 5 stars comes especially from a good customer service experience. They made it VERY easy to recover my phone number. It was a breath of fresh air.
