EASWE tilbyder både modeller med aluminiumsramme og modeller med ægte carbonfiberkonstruktion. Vores modeller med ægte carbonfiber, såsom C20 og C30, har en pris på 12.999 kr. på vores danske hjemmeside. Den EASWE E10-model, som sælges til 4.999 kr., er bygget med en **aluminiumsramme** og har en **carbon-look overfladebehandling**. Det betyder, at den har et carbonfiber-inspireret udseende, men selve rammen er ikke fremstillet af ægte carbonfiber. Materialet er tydeligt angivet som aluminium i produktets specifikationer, og vi har aldrig markedsført E10 som en kørestol fremstillet af ægte carbonfiber. Dear customer, We are truly sorry for the disappointment and frustration this situation has caused. We completely understand how upsetting it is to find a mobility solution that seems suitable, only to discover that delivery cannot be completed. We would like to clarify that we did not refuse to ship your order. Your order was placed during the weekend (August 7–8), when courier services do not process shipment arrangements. Once we received confirmation from the logistics providers on Monday that they were unable to deliver to your address in Northern Ireland due to their current delivery restrictions, we immediately processed your refund on August 10 back to your original payment method. The delivery limitation was caused by the current policies and restrictions of the available courier channels, not because we do not want to serve customers in Northern Ireland. We contacted multiple logistics providers to try to find a solution, but unfortunately they were unable to accept the shipment at this time. We understand that this was especially disappointing because the M10 was a product you felt could meet your mobility needs. We are continuing to actively explore additional logistics options so that we can better support customers in Northern Ireland in the future. Hello, We are sorry that you are disappointed with the refund. As we explained in our previous email, your order had already been shipped when you requested the cancellation. We advised that if the wheelchair was no longer needed, you could refuse delivery, and we would do our best to intercept the shipment. However, because the shipment had already entered the transportation process, the courier charged both the outbound shipping fee and the interception/return fee. These charges are imposed by the courier, not by Easwe. If an order is cancelled before it has been shipped, no shipping charges will be deducted, and you will receive a full refund. However, once the order has been dispatched and the transportation process has begun, if the shipment is refused for personal reasons rather than due to a product quality issue, the shipping costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer. These costs include the outbound shipping fee and any interception or return charges imposed by the courier, and they will be deducted from the refund. Our Refund & Returns Policy also clearly explains the return conditions, responsibilities, and applicable charges for non-quality-related returns.
