Eargo’s product not only helped me hear again, but brought back the things I didn’t know I was missing. Music, TV, and better communication with my loved ones. I no longer have to tell her that I can’t hear her. The Sound Match technology of the Eargo 7’s brought back crisp clear sound. I can watch TV at a lower volume and if I didn’t tell you I was wearing them, you’d never know. Plus they are rechargeable and last 14hrs before needing to be recharged. Perfect for lasting the whole day.

These small aids fit in your ear unobtrusively. You can adjust them yourself. They provide a very natural hearing experience. Support is great by print, videos & personal contact. I've had conventional aids & these are far better! I can't recommend the aids & company highly enough!

The Eargos have increased my hearing ability so much and that is a blessing. They are easy to use and care for. The staff at Eargo is the best - very helpful and kind. I love my Eargos!

The support that the Eargo team gives really makes a difference in the total experience of using my Eargo 7's. They have been great. Of course if the hearing aids did not work good then the support couldn't make up the difference. My Eargo 7's work very well for me.They are a quality product. I am able to follow the conversations in a group setting and also when I am at home and my wife is talking from another room. This is a big improvement over my hearing without them.

The customer service is on top of things. They were easy to get used to and the app makes sound match and adjustments a snap.

The EARGO 7 has been excellent so far. I've used them for a month now and have experienced a vast improvement in sound quality and the ability of the 7's to adjust quickly to different sound environments. I'm not experiencing the warble sounds I'd hear when turning on the microwave or opening the car door. The EARGO app is a huge improvement with the addition of the sound adjust+ feature, which I use the emphasize speech option periodically when at meetings or noisy restaurants. The sound quality of the 7's seems to be very close to what I was experiencing with my prior prescription CIC's, so I am keeping the 7's. A couple of other things to note: The EARGO customer support team has been fantastic, working with me through some earlier issues with the 6's and the extended trialing of the 6 to now the 7. The clinical team assisted me in setting up my EARGO's to match a prior hearing test that I had done by an audiologist which I thoroughly appreciated.

The support people are awesome the devices are easy to use and a good value. There are little issues like removal handles to short and voice filters cut out to much speech but all in all I recommend them

Excellent customer service and communications. I have previous purchased (from other sources) hearing aids including a set that cost me $6,000.00. Performance wise, for my needs, the Eargo 7s has exceeded expectations.
