I like the EARGO SE's because they were the simplest version I could find. while I use the internet & my iphone a lot (having even published a memoir online) I don't want to fuss with any more Aps to use my hearing aids, and the SE model accommodated me in this desire so I am pleased. I have had other hearing aids with a microphone over the ear before the Eargos and was not at all pleased with the way they "helped" me hear, so when I found your product and tried them I was delighted and haven't changed that opinion in all the years I've been using them. I see and ENT Dr. every 6 months to have my earwax professionally cleaned out and on the last visit my hearing (after the annual professional testing) was found to have improved! My advice to your company is "Don't fix what's not broken" and keep the Eargo choices as simple as possible so the aging population like me can easily benefit from their use. Remember that Baby Boomers were accustomed to a dial phone, a TV with an antenna, and a record player - less bells and whistles and simplicity of use combined with your excellent quality and performance should serve to keep us happy and keep you in the game.

Outstanding products. I started out in 2020 with the Eargo 5's to help with my mild to moderate hearing loss and tinnitus. Significantly improved my hearing and even reduced the tinnitus. I upgraded to the Eargo 7's, which have even more technology, in January 2024 and absolutely love them. The Customer Service Department at Eargo is Fantastic! They have real people that really care. They go out of their way to answer questions, resolve issues or simply help you make adjustments or understand your hearing devices. Great value compared to traditional hearing aids that may or may not work as well as Eargos! I have found them to be a first rate company with honest people who make a quality product. I highly recommend!

I am extremely satisfied with my Eargo 7 hearing aids! I find them to be highly effective. It’s a relief to be able to hear people speaking without thinking that they’re mumbling, and outdoors, the sound of birds singing is delightful. I have to say that I am a bit vain. I know that I have been suffering from hearing loss for several years now, but I have been stubborn, I didn’t want to get behind-the-ear hearing aids. Whenever I see someone wearing hearing aids, my first thought is, “that person is old, that’s not for me”. The beauty of my Eargo 7 hearing aids is that they are truly invisible. I don’t feel self-conscious using them. I put them in my ears first thing in the morning and leave them in all day. They’re comfortable and most of the time I even forget that they’re in my ears. The Eargo company has provided excellent service. I have had a couple of questions regarding the best settings for different situations. Within a day, an audiologist has returned my call. The app on my phone is easy to use. I always carry my phone with me anyway, so if the need arises, I can easily change the settings. In conclusion, my Eargo 7s are a great product. They are effective, and they have improved the quality of my life. I feel that they are well worth the cost, and I highly recommend them.

Well made hearing aids with very good customer service. I am pleased with my purchase and they work very well.

I've been wearing the Eargo 7's for about 2 months. I'm 63 and they are my first hearing aids. I had no idea how bad my hearing had gotten. I absolutely love the custom zones. In addition to the normal setting, I have mine set for "Restaurant, TV and Music." I was stunned when I used the 'Music' setting to listen to a very expensive stereo system. I felt the music took me back to what it sounded like in high school. Yeah, they are expensive, but they are worth every penny.

My Eargo 7's are a remarkable piece of technology, very discreet and comfortable to wear, with good battery life and a well-designed charger/carrying case. Best of all they can be personalized with the "Sound Match" on the Eargo App for really good performance. The company staff were friendly and helpful.

I love my Eargo 7's! I'm amazed that they help me to hear everyone at the table in a noisy restaurant, which is what frustrated me (and my family!) before I wore hearing aids. They are very comfortable, I can happily wear them all day when I need to. Battery lasts best part of a full day before needing a recharge. I wish it was possible to replace the battery, because as it stands I'm looking at buying a replacement set in about 3 years' time, but all things considered these are a miracle for the price. My family didn't even know I was wearing them at first, they are almost invisible!

My new EARGO hearing aids are outstanding. The ability to make program and background noise adjustments as well as volume, makes the experience an exceptional one. I tried cheaper brands. It was a waste of time. Eargo is the should be the first choice.
