These bikes are just completely awesome!!! Not only are the bikes awesome but the customer service thru the company is great. Please remember they are on a different timeframe than we are in the United States so they may not respond as quickly as you wouldn’t want them to, but they always respond and they always take care of their customers. Aurora is a great company I completely and fully recommend if you are trying to buy an E bike that this is where you buy it from.

Eahora has zero Customer Service! They will get back to you in a timely manner with zero information. Was asking them about a replacement battery for the bike I purchased four years ago. They can’t even tell you who makes their batteries.

I bought an electric bike from Eahora Romeo Pro2 last year which broke down in the meantime and I needed some parts for it. I wrote to their service department several times in all places but I didn't receive any response from them..!! After you buy the bike from them if it breaks down and you need spare parts they don't even care..You're good until you buy and pay money..I wonder what kind of company you are, you sell products but you don't offer assistance or parts to customers..!! If the bike breaks, we can throw it away because there are no replacement parts..!! Gentlemen, there is no point in buying anything from this company.. Customer assistance 0, spare parts 0..

THIS TERRA 2 EBIKE FROM EAHORA IS ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE. DO NOT BUY THIS EBIKE AND WASTE YOUR MONEY. I BOUGHT THE TERRA 2 IN FEBRUARY 2026. NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS. FIRST THE CONTROLLER. THE REAR WHEEL JUST STOPPED WORKING ON SHORT FIRST RIDE I TOOK IT ON. EAHORA SENT ME A NEW CONTROLLER WHICH TOOK OVER A MONTH TO GET TO ME. THE BATTERY IS FAULTY AND WONT FULLY CHARGE AS THE BATTERY INDICATOR BUTTON INDICATES. I TOLD EAHORA ABOUT IT AND NOW THEY WANT ME TO BUY A VOLTAGE METER TO TEST IT. RIDICULOUS! THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME A FULLY FUNCTIONABLE BATTERY AS A FIRST TIME CUSTOMER. THIS COMPANY EAHORA DOES NOT DESERVE EVEN ONE STAR. I GIVE THIS.......PRODUCT? 0 CUSTOMER SERVICE? 0 COMPANY INTEGRITY? 0 😐 I REALLY DO APOLOGIZE FOR THE 0 BUT IT IS SO TRUE.

I purchased the Eahora Juliet Pro II and within just three weeks it developed multiple serious issues: the controller failed, the battery performance dropped significantly, and there were problems with the cables and display. I contacted customer support and initially received a response. They sent a replacement controller and display, but completely ignored the battery and wiring issues. After that, communication stopped entirely and I was blocked, leaving the main problems unresolved. A product failing this quickly already raises concerns about quality, but the bigger issue is the lack of accountability and support. If something goes wrong, you may not get a proper solution. I would strongly caution anyone considering this product.

Amazing Bicycle and Fantastic service. Let me explain, I purchased the Juliet Pro 2 that has the 4400w of power dual motor with 220nm of torque (peak power is so much more, no miss leading advertising to trick the uninformed sheep like all the other competitors), 60v 70ah battery for only around $2400. You will not find anything close to these specs at this price range. What makes these ebike special is it has petals with this much power and this large of a battery capacity. Here in chicago land area, a ebikes with petals allows you to ride in forest preserves, Chicago's Lake Michigan bike trails(scooters are not allowed), take it on trains, elevators, jaywalk stop signs/red lights(ebike with no petals is considered a motorcycle), walk bicycle on side walk going the opposite direction on a one way street, in the grass, in the mud, anywhere, I mean anywhere everywhere!!! I read so many people crying about a part that failed on the bicycle, they had to summit a vidoe to get a new replacement. First of all, parts fail on ever product a human makes, parts fail on Lexus and Toyota vehicles. I know because I'm a service advisor for the dealership. When they fail, there is a process to get the approval for warranty replacement. Same is true with every company. So to say eahora are not good, your one of the same clowns that would say "Lexus and Toyota cars are not good cars". I had a screen glitch, I sent them a video and they sent me a new one. They responded within 24-36hours every time I reached out to them. I did have to replace the part my self. It was quick and very easy to replace. I was happy it failed because I had fun teaching my child how to fix it. Some of the best memories that I will always keep for the rest of my life. I don't understand all the crying that they had to do there own repairs! This is why this bike with these specs doesn't cost $5000 and only $2400. You have to be really really slow, if you have to pay someone to do any work on a Ebike. It only has a few parts. If you want an ebike at this price range, there is no bicycle that even comes close and the customer service is amazing. Thank you everyone that works for Eahora for all the hard work, help and creating an amazing product! It creates some of the best memories from all the adventures I go on when riding my Juliet pro 2 bicycle! 😃

Great bike , great customer service and great times on the road.this bike is true freedom from the pump and with gas prices soaring this thing practically pays for itself . As for customer service and parts they have answered all my questions concerns and requests in a very timely and respectful manner .. I appreciate you eahora keep up the good work I believe this company is genuine to their mission to building top tier riding experiences.. thanks again and can't wait to continue business and to see what's to come in the future ..

My display screen failed under warranty. Your junkie bikes are garbage. Did not want to be antagonized anymore so I bought a replacement screen. The screen is not compatible with the bike, controller, etc. Tried two different wiring configurations and still not working. Please do not buy any products from this company. If you do you will be sorry. Go down to the bike store and buy local, I feel like I've been ripped off $1,000. And have no recourse but to talk to the internet, b******* never again. Luke Wachowiak
