Still have not received my rear rack for my Romeo pro 2 looks like I'll have to try to purchase another one and hope I get it this time if not then I don't know how I can trust this company

The customer service is not very good. And not very helpful. Thinking about sending bike back to them .

While the bike itself is somewhat nice it lacks support from the manufacture. I would suggest to anyone buying anything from eahora that you should not trust them to support their own warranty. They continue to refuse assistsnce on their products. I purchased one from Ebike market place and received it damaged and the MCO improperly filled out. Its going on 4 months now to get the parts to repair the bike as well as a properly filled out MCO. The warranty will run out before i even get a chance to ride it. If you plan on riding it on the road dont waste your time.

Frame cracked at stem riding really mild trails near my home is the ace actually trail capable. The company allready has sent me a frame. Nervous weather or not to upgrade to an ace i dont know that it is capable of trails above mild. What kind of trails are you guys riding on the Ace bike the trails im used to have unavoidable areas where you are coming off the ground weather you plan on it or not.
