Buy from a legitimate company with a verified physical and online presence (clear address, phone support, etc.). Stay away from Eahora. Over six weeks ago (August 14, 2026), I ordered an Eahora 48V battery charger directly from their store page. The listing description explicitly stated: "54.6V 3A: compatible with all Eahora 48V batteries." However, the item shipped with the wrong connector. When I contacted customer service email (eahoraebike.com), they deflected blame by claiming the charger was only meant for 54.6V models compatible with Juliet, Romeo, and Romeo Pro bikes. They instructed me to return the item to their warehouse address (1500 S Hellman Ave, Ontario, CA 91761). It has now been four weeks since the return. They have not sent a replacement, have not issued a refund, and have blocked my emails from coming through. Terrible business practices and zero accountability—avoid them.

My name is Gionny Martinez buy my bike online to the company (Ehaora julie pro 2)no more than 4 months I paid $2,300 and they just stole the battery by forcing it from the bottom in a matter of 3 minutes I went up to carry a delivery tie the bike and when I got off they had taken the battery Being 6 kilometers from my house here in the city of New York call the police is a report that I must collect September 12 in the presinto #30 nyc . I should have a safer safety for the battery. the manufacturer of this bike should cover the battery with a security that they cannot steal is so easy. if the company decides to give me a help since they are very expensive this is my information or you can contact them by calling 3322657373 Please do not buy this bicycle, the thieves are making money with the battery very easy to take out.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT BUY! bought a bike from them a while back. I was happy until the battery stopped taking a charge. Emailed the company to see if there was a way to fix the battery and they responded “that’s discontinued, you should buy a new model”

Don't waste 3 Grand on a junk bike that is made by china like this bike customer service doesn't exist my controllers went on within the first 15 miles then took almost a month to get new ones and they used cheap hardware in the seat to get it off to get to the controllers is stripped now I can't put the seat back on the bolts are part of the seat!! Do NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY PLEASE!!

Purchased Eahora Romeo Pro, which worked for 11 months before breaking. Motor and controller died at only 2076 km. Eahora replaced both parts under warranty, however the bike remained non-functional after installing the new parts. When I requested a return or refund, they ghosted me. DO NOT BUY FROM EAHORA! Their products are of poor quality, and will not last. When it breaks, they will not respect their own warranty. Garbage company.

Eahora has zero Customer Service! They will get back to you in a timely manner with zero information. Was asking them about a replacement battery for the bike I purchased four years ago. They can’t even tell you who makes their batteries.

I bought an electric bike from Eahora Romeo Pro2 last year which broke down in the meantime and I needed some parts for it. I wrote to their service department several times in all places but I didn't receive any response from them..!! After you buy the bike from them if it breaks down and you need spare parts they don't even care..You're good until you buy and pay money..I wonder what kind of company you are, you sell products but you don't offer assistance or parts to customers..!! If the bike breaks, we can throw it away because there are no replacement parts..!! Gentlemen, there is no point in buying anything from this company.. Customer assistance 0, spare parts 0..

THIS TERRA 2 EBIKE FROM EAHORA IS ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE. DO NOT BUY THIS EBIKE AND WASTE YOUR MONEY. I BOUGHT THE TERRA 2 IN FEBRUARY 2026. NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS. FIRST THE CONTROLLER. THE REAR WHEEL JUST STOPPED WORKING ON SHORT FIRST RIDE I TOOK IT ON. EAHORA SENT ME A NEW CONTROLLER WHICH TOOK OVER A MONTH TO GET TO ME. THE BATTERY IS FAULTY AND WONT FULLY CHARGE AS THE BATTERY INDICATOR BUTTON INDICATES. I TOLD EAHORA ABOUT IT AND NOW THEY WANT ME TO BUY A VOLTAGE METER TO TEST IT. RIDICULOUS! THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME A FULLY FUNCTIONABLE BATTERY AS A FIRST TIME CUSTOMER. THIS COMPANY EAHORA DOES NOT DESERVE EVEN ONE STAR.
