This ACE Eahora bike works well for me in muddy terrain and on converted railroad trails. Excellent shock absorbers and I get a broader, further range because it’s electric. Great, durable battery life. Customer service communication is super helpful. They pinpoint specifics of my bike and other useful, quick, reliable services.

Fabulous ride. I purchased it to run errands around town. We have solar panels so my ride is free. I had many questions and the support was immediate and helpful. It is an attention getter.

The customer care team is wonderful and prompt. I want to thank you for fixing all the issues with my purchases from you and your partners . I have bought the M2 and the M8S, they are still working great and everyone asks where to get one , lol Plus my son loves the M8S, he is 14 and rides it like a pro, the controls are simple and the ride is smooth and steady. Thanks again , you exceeded expectations once again !

Eahora has always been with me. I bought a Eahora azarias and everything was going fine until my charging port caught on fire. They were quick to help me out and sent me a new one. Overall they're not bad for a Chinese company 👍

They offer you 25 $ in exchange for a review on their website, but money will never arrive. After 100 miles of use, front brake crashed and I had an accident. They did not even answered my email, nor offered to repair the bike. The bike itself looks good as far as it is brand new, but soon it begins to fall apart.

I am very happy with my new bike, it is very easy to get on, controls are easy to use and it is a nice ride. My husband had purchased one about 2 years ago and likes his. I would definitely recommend Eahora Ebikes.
