Couldn't ask for a more positive experience when asking for help getting my account infomation. The team went above and beyond to get me logged in as well as sent me the documents I was looking for. Thank you so very much for getting back to me so quickly!

Self Explanatory, Very easy, and if you had any questions you were a mouse click away with the button. The website was easy to read. And when you wanted to check on the status of your refund it was a cake walk

e—file is by far the best tax service l have ever used. This year was difficult because our identity had been compromised last year. I only had a pin for my spouse and efile helped me navigate the site as well as assist me with what l needed to do for the IRS to get a pin for myself (married filing jointly) The language on some pages could be improved-letting me know that l needed a pin on the efile page, (explaining how the dates for paying taxes meant installment payments) but l am a teacher and probably over thought it! Thank you for your timely responses to my questions via email and l even spoke with a person at one point and she was very helpful, too!

Mixed reaction. I have been trying to file me return using E-File for a week. I have a very simple return. I was told it would be free. When I try to file, I'm told I have to pay, without explanation. After several attempts to figure out why, I finally gave in and paid. Then my return was rejected by the IRS, for no credible reason as far as I could tell. After several attempts to solve the problem, I finally customer support. The first person told me what to do, but the return was still rejected. I called back. The second person said there was nothing I could do. I had to file a paper return, but would not get my money back. I blew up. I then called back to see how to print off my return so I could file it. I started over with Khadijah. She said she was aware of the problem with their software and knew how to fix it. It worked. I was very grateful. Overall, I am pleased (relieved would be more like it). They even found a $279 additional refund I would not have found if I had not used E-File.

I'm sorry for the initial difficulty with your return, I'm glad one of our support specialists was able to assist you. As for our software, we offer free federal filing for those who qualify for our basic software. Our state filing software does have a fee and there is also a fee for our deluxe or premium software. It sounds like a form needed for your return was not included in our basic software, so the system upgraded you.
